Ceiling Switches & Pulls

In bathrooms, showers, and any wet room where wall-mounted switches are not permitted by electrical regulations, a ceiling pull switch is the standard solution. Building regulations in the UK prohibit standard wall switches within reach zones of a bath or shower, as defined by BS 7671. A ceiling pull switch, mounted above the reach zone, satisfies this requirement while providing the occupant with a clearly visible, easy-to-operate control. The pull cord hangs down to a comfortable reach height, and the switch body remains at ceiling level away from water spray.

Available in standard white and brushed chrome finishes, with 1-gang versions for single circuits and 2-gang types for controlling lighting and extraction independently. LED indicator versions show the switch state - particularly useful for extractor fans that should be confirmed on or off after leaving the room.
