All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however processing times may vary during busy periods.

We offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

DELAYS
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Weather conditions
- Industrial action
- Supply chain disruptions or other factors beyond our control

FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful:
- The courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions
- It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier if required

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
