Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however processing times may vary during busy periods.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery availability may vary depending on location and product type.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful:
- The courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions
- It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier if required
