Dome Nuts

A dome nut - also known as an acorn nut or cap nut - covers the protruding thread of a bolt with a rounded cap, providing a clean, safe, and aesthetically finished terminal point for threaded assemblies. At the DIY Hardware Store, our dome nuts are available in the metric sizes most commonly used in furniture, cabinetry, outdoor structures, and anywhere a neat, finished nut is preferred over an exposed hex nut.
