Escutcheon Pins

Escutcheon pins are the small, fine brass or steel pins used to secure escutcheon plates (keyhole covers) and other small decorative metalwork to wooden surfaces in cabinet making, box making, and quality furniture repair. An escutcheon plate is the decorative surround fitted over a keyhole on a lock face - it protects the surrounding timber from key scratches and provides a finished visual detail.
